Return Policy

We strive to remedy any problems you may experience with your order, please contact us if you have any concerns or complaints.

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns of any the following:

• Baby Clothing
• Pacifiers
• Baby bottles
• Rubber Ducks 
• Birthday Party Hats

 

For all other items:

Items in new condition and in the original packaging are refundable, less the shipping and restocking fees (it cost us to get the item to you). We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase.

Return Process:

1. Please contact us to request the return. We will provide you with the return address.
2. Please ship the items, unused, to this address.
3. Please include a note with your order number, name, and reason for return.
4. Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, except where the wrong item was sent.
